Palette knife is an interesting medium, I've seen all kinds of different styles with it and your style has a definite sense of realism to it. The texture of the canvas bleeds through, if only to add a particular graininess, like we're seeing this through a lens. The strokes of yours towards the inside that indicate an almost water-like texture by their outward edges are eye capturing. As is also the way you blended assorted greens, browns oranges and reds, to create the color of what looks like an open flower petal. The detail on this is just astounding... fantastic work!
