You have defintly created a wonderful master peice of various states. It was indeed inteligent to have formed clouds while not effected the sceen.I especially think that you have chosen an amazing technique of having the colors seemingly melt into each other.I admire this work greatly. The edges i have noticed may have clotted and smeared in some areas though it seems to take no effect on the beauty of this peice.Honestly I think this piece must be worth mabey five grand and could easily find its way into a museum of art.I greatly admire your work!I would have thought it took you a many days to complete this.

Having tried to work with red in oil and acrylic compositions before, I know how difficult the color can be to work. And then to get complimentary greens that do not look unrealistic or washed out. This art shows a natural affinity for the warm colors and at the same time a well balanced approach to working with the complimentary colors. Especially notice the transitioning from the reds to orange to yellow to the blue of the sky. I work alot with the knife and thoroughly enjoy the techniques used to apply the paint on the work to suggest the land formations transitioning to the clouds and sky. Also the warm shadows are very nice when counterpointing the cool light source.
